We are looking for an experienced Sr. Hardware Design Lead to drive the architecture, design, and validation of next-generation Automotive Telematics Control Units (TCU) and Vehicle Diagnostics platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automotive hardware design, high-speed digital systems, wireless connectivity, and industry-standard automotive compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Automotive Telematics and Vehicle Diagnostics hardware platforms
• Define hardware architecture for TCU, connectivity, and diagnostic solutions
• Design and review schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts
• Integrate 4G/5G, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth modules
• Design high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics circuits
• Perform hardware validation, DV/PV testing, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with automotive EMC/EMI, ESD, thermal, and reliability standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
• Drive DFM, DFT, and production readiness activities

• OBD-II, UDS, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN & Automotive Ethernet
• 4G/5G, GNSS, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Integration
• High-Speed Digital, Mixed-Signal & Power Design
• Automotive SoCs/MCUs (NXP, Qualcomm, Renesas, TI, Infineon, STM)
• Schematic Design & Multi-layer PCB Review
• EMC/EMI, ESD, Thermal & Reliability Engineering
• Interfaces: CAN, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, SPI, I2C & UART
• DV/PV Validation & Root Cause Debugging
• ISO 16750, CISPR 25, ISO 7637 & E-Mark Standards
• DFM, DFT & Production Readiness
• Supplier Management & Component Selection
