Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable
web applications. The role focuses on backend development, RESTful APIs, and embedded
Ruby (ERB) templating for dynamic server-side rendering. The ideal candidate must have
strong Ruby fundamentals and experience building secure, high-performance Rails
applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
• Build dynamic user interfaces using Embedded Ruby (ERB) templates
• Design and consume RESTful APIs
• Integrate databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams
• Debug, test, and deploy applications in production environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Experience with ERB (Embedded Ruby) templating
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Experience with RSpec or Minitest
• Understanding of RESTful services and JSON
