OBJECTIVE: Design and development of the complete IOT system for the collection of motor critical parameters like vibration and temperature data for predictive maintenance.

          SCOPE OF WORK :

  • Raspberry Pi application periodically collects temperature and vibrational data from the sensors of the motors.
  • Android and iOS applications for getting the data from Raspberry Pi devices and storing/sending data to the Server.
  • Server-side application development for getting the data and showing it on the dashboard.
  • MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT:
  • Android and iOS applications to collect the data from Raspberry PI devices.
  • Local storage of the data on mobile phones.
  • Upload/ Sync data to the central server over the internet.
  • Display of the data using different graphs on the mobile.
  • Display warnings/notifications received from the RHEWUM server.
  • SERVER APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT:
  • Android and iOS applications to collect the data from Raspberry PI devices.
  • Local storage of the data on mobile phone.
